Phase One Funding Reached

Thanks to our generous key donors, we are proud to announce that we have reached the funding level needed to launch Phase One.  Expect our trial system to be launched in July, 2010.

Coverage should extend from the library, most of The Green, to the center of Elm and Pleasant streets.
