Our goal is to bring the guest a unique cultural Caribbean experience. Our exclusive “RUM BAR” is a first in Vermont featuring over 25 different varieties. Our fresh ingredients are lovingly prepared with a Caribbean flair and creatively presented. Our guests will experience a two to three hour personal vacation every time they come visit our establishment. Full Bar and Tapas menu available until 11pm during the summer and fall.

Winter hours: Wed-Sun 5:30-9:00, Summer/ Fall Lunch: Friday-Sun 11:30am- 3pm; Dinner, Wed- Sun 5:30pm-10pm
