  • Welcome Summer!

Woodstock has a lot to offer this season. In addition to all the food, drink, sports, swimming holes and playgrounds - many of the year's staple events occur in the summer months, including:
    Covered Bridges Half Marathon (6/3)
    Woodstock Digital Media Festival (6/22-23)
    Interplay Jazz Festival (6/24-7/1)
    Bookstock (7/27-29)
    SculptureFest (7/27-29)
    Taste of Woodstock (8/11)

Also - take time out of the sun to visit America's most beautiful (and least wired) Library.

Description:

Long regarded as one of Vermont’s finest restaurants, The Prince & The Pauper now celebrates its 25th year of excellence under the ownership of chef Chris Balcer and general manager Vincent Talento. Over the years, our mission has remained the same: gather the finest seasonal ingredients, from local producers whenever possible, and prepare them with an artistic flair, maximizing both freshness and flavor. To satisfy all appetites, we offer two menus. The Prix Fixe Dinner Menu changes nightly and is inspired by flavors from around the globe. Our Bistro Menu offers an eclectic selection of lighter fare, and both menus provide outstanding value and the same culinary excellence!

In addition to superb cuisine, The Prince & The Pauper has long been recognized for its unequaled service staff, who consistently go the extra mile, providing warm and knowledgeable service to you — our guest.
